                     Number are something without meaning
                          They are merely statistics
                    Hundreds, thousands, millions, billions
                              It's not real to us
                          Whether it's life or death
                           Hundreds of thousands die
                            It doesn't happen here
                             It happens in Somalia
                                   Or Bosnia
                                  Or Chechnya
                             Or some far off place
                              It's not real to us
                            Millions live horribly
                            It doesn't happen here
                             It happens in Africa
                                  Or Vietnam
                                 Or Venezuela
                              It's not real to us
